Celebrating New Year in this hotel was fantastic! I had a great time enjoying the hot spring pools, which had more than 50 water facilities, such as different temperature pools, a mud pool, and a sauna. There were also lifeguards to ensure the safety of the guests. The location was convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the lovely scenic view from my room's hot spring tub.
The hotel didn't have free wifi, and the breakfast was only average.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, with a variety of attractions and a theme park nearby. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with prompt room service and fantastic housekeeping. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the overall experience. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant offering a delicious breakfast and a snack bar serving a variety of tasty treats. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I really appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was very convenient to get around the town from there. the breakfast provided was quite decent and varied, which was a plus. the hot springs were delightful and helped me to relax after a long day of work. the indoor and outdoor hot springs, with all sorts of water jet massages and scented waters, were very enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel. For example, the carpets in the room looked quite dirty, and there were mosquitoes everywhere, which made it hard to sleep at night.

A truly indulgent experience, the hot spring pool at Art Spa was absolutely amazing. The variety of pools, from aromatherapy to mud baths, catered to every need. The stunning views from the hot spring tub in my spacious room added a touch of luxury to my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a broken night lamp switch and clogged drains, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were attentive and prompt in resolving issues, like providing first aid for a minor accident. The location in the heart of Jiaoxi town was also ideal. The breakfast spread, although predominantly Taiwanese, offered enough choices to satisfy different tastes. Despite these small drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a rejuvenating hot spring getaway.
